MILLENNIUM DORMS (WOMEN ONLY)

$250.00 PER WEEK FOR OFF-PEAK (SEPT-MAY)
$350.00 PER WEEK FOR PEAK (JUNE-AUG)
$300.00 FOR SUMMER INTENSIVE STUDENTS

WE HAVE VERY STRICT RULES AND REGULATIONS!
  • No visitors at any time
  • Curfew 12am Sunday-Thursday. 2am Friday and Satruday.
  • NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL on premises
  • NO loud music
  • $50 deposit for cleaning fee if you do not clean up after yourself
  • 1 baggage to fit under the bed only
  • No drop-offs in front of the house. Only at the corner street.
  • SECURITY CAMERAS 24HRS
  • Please be courteous to the owners and neighbors
  • Dance Dorm check in only between the hours of 9am and 10pm
