Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca, Janet tried her first yoga class in 2006 at Cal State University Northridge and learned about its benefits after studying it for a semester. After that, she continued to explore different styles of yoga. Finishing her undergrad at Oregon State University with a Science Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, she returned back to Los Angeles, when the door opened up to get certified and teach Hot Vinyasa. Janet completed her first 200 hour teacher training at Malibu Sun Yoga and is completing her second at Naam Yoga LA. She feels blessed to have the opportunity to share the balancing benefits of hot vinyasa with her students. “Yoga empowers our body by increasing our flexibility, strength, awareness of our surroundings, and by guiding us through our breath to be conscious of the present moment.”
