Leslie Scott is a globally renowned choreographer, instructor and performer who stands behind numerous television, film and commercial credits. She is faculty at both the Edge Performing Arts Center and Millennium Dance Complex. She has instructed in 47 of the 50 United States and in 18 countries.
She has worked closely with, Hi Hat, the choreographer for artists Ciara and Missy Elliot, on the “The Choreographer” and was also a finalist for Bravos’ “Step It Up”. She has danced for recording artists Beyoncé, Ee-De, Angel, Latin Froz, Audio Club and Remix.
Her talents have also been utilized as part of the skeleton crew to develop the 2008 Tina Turner tour choreographed by Toni Basil, and the 2011 Ricky Martin Tour choreographed by Chonique and Lisette. Leslie also choreographed for Taleen, the opening performer for Christina Aguliera in Dubai. Leslie has gained an ample amount of knowledge thought the 10 years she spent touring with the LADF convention.
The Industry Voice Awards “Best of Class of 2010” by for The Edge and was nominated again in 2011 for both The Edge and Millennium. In the June/July 2008 Nylon Magazine issue Leslie was featured as one of America’s leading forces in Hip-Hop and was selected as a judge for the 2008 USA Hip-Hop Championships hosted by the creators of Americas Best Dance Crew and Hip-Hop International.
Leslie is well known not only for her talents but her unwavering work ethic and contagious positive energy. She is well respected in her industry and uses dance as a vehicle to help her students to reach their full potential in Mind, Body and Spirit!
