  • $250.00 PER WEEK FOR OFF-PEAK (SEPT-MAY)
  • $350.00 PER WEEK FOR PEAK (JUNE-AUG)
  • $300.00 FOR SUMMER INTENSIVE STUDENT
  • $50.00 for upgraded bed
  • STRICT RULES AND REGULATIONS:
  • No visitors at any time
  • Curfew 12am Sunday-Thursday. 2am Friday and Satruday.
  • NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL on premises
  • NO loud music
  • $50 deposit for cleaning fee if you do not clean up after yourself
  • Limit 1 suitcase to fit under the bed only
  • No drop-offs in front of the house. Only at the corner street.
