<p>Sheyla is a native of Puerto Rico classically trained in ballet. She started her career at an early age dancing with the San Juan ballet, Bolshoi Ballet, and Hartford Ballet. Upon coming to the states, Sheyla expanded her dancing career to Broadway with roles in Cats, West Side Story, as well as many National tours. Although she focused on dance, her real passion was always for fitness. After many years of research Sheyla has developed a revolutionary  format (SALT) which stands for sculpting aerobic lengthening technique, featuring her own “SALT bar”. Sheyla has combined her background in Pilates, strength training, martial arts and dance to create a truly unique format that is plateau proof!</p>
<p><a href="http://millenniumdancecomplex.com/main/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/sheyla-comm-bw-e1319007610283.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2340" title="sheyla comm bw" src="http://millenniumdancecomplex.com/main/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/sheyla-comm-bw-200x300.jpg" alt="" width="200" height="300" /></a></p>
<p>After years of training, development and a loyal following, Sheyla Cintron arrives at Millenium. This super cardio, kick butt, “feel like you are dying” hybrid blends Sheyla’s unique format with sculpting and strength training. This former Broadway International ballet star wants you to get your money’s worth. You will sweat, you will pant and you will get amazing results…guaranteed!  Join her at Millennium Dance Complex and see what everyone is raving about.</p>

<div class="ngg-related-gallery"><a href="http://millenniumdancecomplex.com/main/wp-content/gallery/celebrities/1hallfame_britney.jpg" title="Britney Jean Spears (born December 2, 1981) is an American recording artist and entertainer. Born in McComb, Mississippi, and raised in Kentwood, Louisiana, Spears began performing as a child, landing acting roles in stage productions and television shows. She signed with Jive Records in 1997 and released her debut album ...Baby One More Time in 1999. During her first decade within the music industry, she became a prominent figure in mainstream popular music and popular culture, followed by a much-publicized personal life. Her first two albums established her as a pop icon and broke sales records, while title tracks "...Baby One More Time" and "Oops!... I Did It Again" became international number-one hits. Spears was credited with influencing the revival of teen pop during the late 1990s.
In 2001, she released her third studio album Britney and expanded her brand, playing the starring role in the film Crossroads. She assumed creative control of her fourth studio album, In the Zone (2003), which yielded chart-topping singles "Me Against the Music", "Toxic" and "Everytime". After the release of two compilation albums, Spears experienced personal struggles and her career went under hiatus. Her fifth studio album, Blackout, was released in 2007 and despite receiving little promotion, it spawned hits "Gimme More" and "Piece of Me". In 2008, her erratic behavior and hospitalizations caused her to be placed in a conservatorship. The same year, her sixth studio album Circus was released, with the global chart-topping lead single "Womanizer". She embarked on her highest-grossing global concert tour, The Circus Starring Britney Spears, in 2009. <p>  Our first ever &#8220;spotlight&#8221; is shining brightly on the ever so energetic Brooklyn Jai. MDC&#8217;s jazz/funk master teaches his hour and a half class every Monday and Wednesday from 7:30-9pm. Brooklyn&#8217;s personality is as lively and fun as his music and choreography.</p>
<p>  Every class he teaches is 90 full minutes of fast paced sweat inducing moves that will make you want to practice all week long. He packs in about 50 students each time he teaches. So, if you spot up front in Brooklyn&#8217;s class you better be early! Show up 15 minutes before class starts or you&#8217;ll be stuck in the back, honey.</p>
<p>  Our one and only Brooklyn Jai not only has all the right moves, but he is also a singer, songwriter and model. This man is full of talent and not hard on the eyes!</p>
<p>  All you dancing divas need to get yourselves to Brooklyn&#8217;s next class and see just why Millennium is so excited to have him!</p>

She is the youngest of the crew members, but said to be the most hyper and energetic of them all. Both her parents are professional ballet dancers, but she claims that when she was younger she hated dancing and strongly disliked going to the studio with her parents and seeing tutus. However, when she was 11 years old she saw a headspin during a Christina Aguilera music video and was fascinated by it. She quickly began to learn breaking and grew to love dance, learning as much different styles as she could.[4]. She said prior to joining Beat Freaks, she looked up to them and dreamed of being in the crew; however, she knew they weren't recruiting. That quickly changed when she found out the crew was in fact looking for an additional member that could step in for Alison during the third season of America's Best Dance Crew. When she joined, she said it was like a dream come true. [5] [4]. She can be seen in the movies Stick It, Date Movie, Step Up 2: The Streets, Bring It On: All or Nothing, Prom Night, and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. She has worked with Pink and Miley Cyrus. She makes appearances in the TeenNick show, The Nightlife. As an individual dancer she has appeared in four music videos: Toni Braxton's &quot;Make My Heart&quot;, Justin Bieber's &quot;Baby&quot;, Jonas Brothers's &quot;Bounce,&quot; and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, all in 2010. She is currently on a world tour with the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, and promoting Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. official website.

<a href="http://millenniumdancecomplex.com/main/wp-content/gallery/faculty/alec-clawson.jpg" title="Alec Clawson Started his professional choreography career at thirteen for 'Dancescape,' (a non-profit charity that works towards bringing the arts back to Los Angeles High Schools), a piece that is still requested for performance to this day.

His work with Various artists ranges from Colby O'Donis, Mitchell Musso, KeKe Palmer and several others. Other than studying with every possible well-known choreographer out there, he has also worked with several of them. Continually they 'direct book' him because of the greatness and notoriety of his skill. Choreographers like Shane Sparks, Nick Lazerini and every other choreographer you might see on 'So You Think You Can Dance', have requested his abilities. He is even known in the underground world of, 'Carnival, The Choreographers Ball' as being the youngest choreographer to ever be invited to choreograph for the show. Not only was Alec asked to choreograph once, but at seventeen he has already choreographed twice. He is fast becoming regarded as one of the most choreographically, artistically and theatrically recognizable choreographers today. This is because his style and imagination for stage, creativity and choreography are so unique.

At the tender age of thirteen he landed a lead in a feature film and several commercial spots. As he continued to grow as both an actor and choreographer he continued booking and landing roles in film, television and commercials. To add to this he has already made his directorial debut with a short film starring Hayden Pannetier ('Heroes [NBC Universal], &quot;Beth Cooper&quot; [FOX ATOMICH], etc.).

From adolescence to the young man he is now, there have been several other shows and events that have added to the laundry list of Alec's choreographical accomplishment. Other than choreographing alongside some of the greatest choreographers, several touring, working dancers that are highly regarded in the dance community have happily danced for the young phenom.

With several pilots that will be made through major studio labels, he is also choreographing feature films, (one just completed shooting entitled C.LA.S.S.), as well as webisodes for sponsors and conceptual music videos.

Alec is constantly humbled and grateful to have earned the respect of his peers through hard work, determination and drive. He also continues cultivating his talents. Believing that training is that which professionals cannot afford to retire from because the possibility of being taken from their highly coveted pedestals is a constant threat. All of these accomplishments, as well as hard work and perseverance have helped Alec reach a certain place in his career and will continue to grow his fame.

With a fresh, youthful perspective and a fervent energetic work ethic, Alec Clawson style and tenacious work ethic sends him leaps and bounds above the rest and he looks forward to working with the amazing talent that presents itself. " class="shutterset_set_1" >

But more than just these mean, mad, wicked skills, Justin strives to bring hearty laughter, bright music, and sparkling talent into the world and to create an atmosphere for those around him to do the same.

Justin began training at the age of six, as part of The Tom Thumb Players, in his home state of Arizona. He went on to study Musical Theatre at the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts in Santa Maria, California andPoint Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During school, he performed in an abundance of musicals and plays, including Grand Hotel, which won Best Production at the American College Theatre National Festival and showcased at The Kennedy Center.

After college, Justin moved to Los Angeles and has been performing on stage, on television, and on film. Most recently, he has performed in Disney's High School Musical for the Civic Light Opera Fullerton, and Cinderella and Annie for Civic Light Thousand Oaks. He was also a part of the all-singing, all-dancing sketch comedy show,This, That, and the Other Thing with the Hollywood Refugees.

He can be seen in Singapore and Thailand having great hair, singing, and playing the piano in an international commercial for Ascience hair products. And although his scene got cut, Sandra Bullock personally chose him to sing as Avril Lavigne in Miss Congeniality 2. His most recent television appearance also combined singing and acting (as Sanjaya) on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Justin is the Director of Music at Millennium Dance Complex, a studio frequented by performers ranging from five year olds to J-Lo, Pink, and Brittany Spears. In addition to teaching at Millennium for the last eight years, he is also teaching private voice lessons and Musical Theatre Workshops in the Los Angeles area.

<a href="http://millenniumdancecomplex.com/main/wp-content/gallery/faculty/tokyo.jpg" title="TOKYO has a very unique induction into dance as he was not introduced to dance till he was a Senior in high school. Tokyo grew up in the martial arts and began training at age 5. By the age of 15 he attained several black belts in various arts in addition to training in Wrestling, Muay Thai, Boxing and MMA (Cage Fighting). At age 17, after a promising undefeated amateur record, just a few months shy of making a professional career out of MMA (mixed martial arts/cage fighting), Tokyo discovered dance and his life changed drastically. Since leaving the fighting world and entering the dance world, Tokyo has been fortunate enough to have done master classes and choreography in the US, Canada and UK for many studios, companies, casinos and colleges, most notably the prestigious Juilliard School and Point Park University. Due to Tokyo's background in martial arts his approach to dance movement and teaching dance is very unique and has been received and loved by many. Other than teaching/choreographing, Tokyo spent four years directing one of the largest dance competitions in the US. Since concluding his positions as a competition director, Tokyo is currently on faculty with several conventions such as iHOLLYWOOD, WILD and guest faculty with Coastal Dance Rage. He is extremely excited to give back to those that have given so much to him, through the art of dance!
