| AUTODRAFT is an automatic debit system wherein the client opts to have their payment withdrawn from their Visa/ MC or Amex account on the 2nd of every month. This is a contract so must be fulfilled in order to sign up. After your contract is over you will be on a month to month without any long term commitment. You can cancel anytime after the end of your contract date. Please put it in writing to cancel. |

THIS CONTRACT ENTAILS UNLIMITED JAZZ, BALLET CLASSES, LIMIT TO 2 HIP HOP CLASSES PER DAY.
ONLY FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS W/ PROOF OF RESIDENCY.

| Beginner-professional levels ages 15 yrs-adult.
Younger professionals 13-14 yrs old MUST get management &
teacher approval. |
| Books of classes expire in 3 months. Dance passes expire in 30 days. Not responsible if lost or stolen. No cards can be shared! Studio is not responsible for personal injuries or lost property.
Schedule and instructors many change w/o notice.
Studio recommends calling ahead to confirm class.
No autographs or photographs of celebrities under any circumstances.
No cell phone usage during class. Do not be late for class…you will be denied entrance if 20 min late.
For jazz or hip hop, 10 min to ballet.
No receipt…free class on us! Please ask a manager right away (does not apply to phone/online orders).
No video taping classes.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!!!

Thank you for your interest in MILLENNIUM Dance Complex (MDC). With nearly 20 years of experience, we are proud to have achieved an outstanding reputation throughout the world. We offer unsurpassed dance instruction in our 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. Whether you are a beginner, professional or somewhere in between, our renowned studios are sure to offer just the class you seek.
Our drop-in class schedule (for ages 13 and up) reflects more than 95 classes per week. The schedule remains the same year long. Advance registration is not necessary for the individual dancer.

At sign-in you will be informed of any last minute substitutions. Class sign-in is done the day of class and in person at our front desk. Groups may pre-arrange classes, please visit the Groups page.

Beginner - beg
Basic class geared to students with 0- 1 year of dance training
Beginning Intermediate - beg/int
2-4 years of dance training or mastery of beginner class
Intermediate - int
5-7 years training aor mastery of beg/int techniques and terminology
Intermediate to Advanced - int/adv
Strong technical dancer or 8-10 years dance training
Advanced - adv
Pre-professional and professional level
Open
Open to beginner thru advanced students. Beginner students please do not stand in the front :)
