Jazz Funk

California native Brooklyn Jai began his dancing career at a young age. By the time he was 13 he began the craft of Teaching. Combining his unique style of Hip Hop and Jazz Funk, he quickly made his mark among this industries’  well known Choreographers. He became a regular Teacher at the Infamous Millennium Dance Complex, in North Hollywood  &  Guest Teacher at Debbie Allen Dance Academy.

Eventually his work landed him numerous opportunities in the Entertainment Industry. He choreographed for such Artists as Disney’s “A.N.T. FARM star “China McClain and “The McClain Sisters,” Kimberly Locke, and The Girl Group Blush feat. Snoop Dog on SYTUCD, and Hooman & Kamran.  He was also featured on Keeping up with The Kardashians, Neicy Nash, Hard Core Pawn,  Castle, Marco Houston BET Awards, American Idol, Corey Clark Soul Train Awards, and more recently Miss Universe.  Brooklyn was invited last year to participate in the video game “The Hip Hop Experience” as one of the virtual Dancers.

For the past few years Brooklyn has been touring with Hollywood Connections Dance Competition, bringing his high energy to more than 46 Cities. With a large following in Russia, Brooklyn has been invited for Master Classes numerous times  in the past 5 years, and Choreographed and Performed at The Russian Awards. He was privileged to be selected to accompany Madonna’s Charity  “Home of Hope” in Africa. But more recently, Brooklyn has branched out as a Recording Artists, and has returned from two International Tours.
